MuDo Integrated Martial Art

My son started taking lessons at MuDo in April of 2021. He needed something to give him structure, improve his self confidence and be physically and mentally challenging. And he found it in this martial arts school. He enjoys the positive atmosphere and mutual respect that everyone shows at Mudo. The positive role models that he has in Mr. Hamill and Master Yi is also another thing that is very important for a young man of his age. I see him becoming more organized, proud of the things he has achieved with his hard work and dedicated to continue on the path of improving himself physically and mentally. I think that a school like Mudo is a very good choice for my son and would highly recommend it to other parents and their kids.

Our 12 year old daughter has been enrolled in both online and in person classes at Mudo. The instructors, Mr. Hamill and Ms. Sundeen, have been wonderful in their guidance through various belt levels of training. The classes are characterized by the individualized attention given to the students, an emphasis on respect, and a careful attention to form. For my daughter, I have been particularly impressed by her increasing self-confidence. I would highly recommend Mudo for anyone interested in fitness, defense, and an encouraging environment.

From the moment I started training at MuDo Integrated Martial Arts I realized how fortunate I was to find it. The level of training is highly professional with a low instructor-student ratio that means each student receives lots of personal guidance. My skills have improved immeasurably with Mudo's guidance. The atmosphere in the school couldn't be more welcoming and full of positive energy. The concepts of spirit and respect are core to the schools values and can be felt in every session. Most importantly, every time I finish a class, I feel physically and mentally fantastic.

There's so much that I've gained from my half a year or so at MuDo with Master Yi and the other instructors. That includes not only a new skill that may become valuable one day, but also ongoing physical and mental fitness that Master Yi teaches. His knowledge of both martial arts but of valuable lessons and stories to instruct you in everyday life have both been invaluable to me. It's such a great way to learn while having fun and burning those calories! His top belt instructors have also been a tremendous help!
