Unprofessional! Lack of communication. The legal aide Isabelle; whom has NEVER responded to my emails or Phone Calls! Continues to request my child's school records without responding to my questions about their law firm , After many attempts in my part to get answers to my questions on how they can help or even how they operate my emails have gone unanswered. I would out my trust in this attorney after she even refuses to speak with you on the phone but demands pertinent information before even speaking with you!

After two and a half years waiting for the district to give my son the education he was entitled too, I started looking for an attorney to be a the voice for my son. Ms. Hertog came into our lives, and didnt stop fighting for my son until his needs were met. Her communication , commitment and compassion was outstanding! I know that if ever we need her again, Ms. Hertog would be there in a second !She is amazing!! And has changed our lives for the better!
