Terrible staff and owner. They pretend to be good people and say all the right things to get your business. Later, you see their true colors - sarcastic, uncaring, and unprofessional. Do not give them your business or you will be disappointed. Response Update: Correct office, expected response, beware.

I've been with Larry Goldberg for nearly a decade. I have purchased homeowners, flood, earthquake, car insurance, and a pricey term life insurance policy through Larry. Things were absolutely amazing, until one of his agents (Giles) left the agency. Ever since Giles left, I've had nothing but problems with my homeowners policy. I keep being told by Larry's agency that my policy is in good standing. And then I keep getting cancellation letters from the insurance company he resold (Pacific Specialty). I call Larry, Larry says he's handling it, and then I get another termination letter from Pacific Speciality. This has been going on for the better part of the year. Pretty sure I don't have the insurance that I'm paying for. This agency was absolutely amazing 10 years ago. I would no longer recommend this agency for any insurance products, and I'll be shopping for a new insurance agency this week.

I really appreciated Dawn putting her efforts for reinstating my auto insurance policy after I cancelled. She helped diligently in order to start my insurance right away without any hassle to drive to the location. I am very happy with their service. Thank you Dawn! :)
