We have been working with Travis at Bob Gabriel Insurance for several years now. He has listened to our unique needs and provided a tailored plan to make sure we are correctly insured. When our rental suffered a fire early this year, we relied on his expertise, guidance and the insurance plan he had recommended to rebuild. Without his recommendations, we would have struggled financially. Thank goodness we had the right insurance in place when we needed it!

My agent, Travis Durant, is FANTASTIC.  He is knowledgeable, patient, personable and he helped me get the best rates on all of my policies.  He really knows his stuff.  Highly recommended!!!

I switched to this place because they were so close to my home. Travis was the best at listening to what I had (6 buildings, 3 vehicles, large umbrella policy etc 16 policies in all). He had some great suggestions for some changes. For the few esoteric difficult questions I had, he did research before answering. Got back to me within a day, and is good at explaining options. I read the other Yelp comments, yes the owner's husband is a jerk. I saw him treat people so rudely I almost left. I would compare this place to a small local hardware store where the employees in plumbing were plumbers and they know what you need, rather like Home Depot where the person in plumbing doesn't know the difference between a pipe wrench and a crescent wrench, and tells every customer that all 65 faucets on the wall are "universal" and will fit any sink! So far Travis has done 100% better than the fancy prestigious agency I left because of poor service.
