Definitely one of their best branches! They have a wide variety of options and present the majority of their collection as seen online. Very pleasant and helpful design advisors as well!

Honestly had a completely different experience than other reviewers. The staff was helpful, setup my return efficiently, and accepted everything with great service. Thank you Fariel for your excellent customer service!

Save Yourself a HEADACHE and go to some other store! Staff was useless, especially manager Sabiha. I drove 40 minutes from WeHo during rush hour to see a bed on that was supposedly on display according to my conversation with another staff member in the morning. I showed up to the store and manager Sabiha so called helped me. Unapologetically, she told me that they dont have the bed on display and I was given the wrong information. Manager had no customer service skills. Team member, Helen, tried her best to help me. West Elm could train their managers better. Managers should set examples for the rest of the team. Clearly manager wasnt a team player nor had enough decency to apologize on behalf of her staff for giving me the wrong information. NOT GOING back to this store again! You expect better customer service when youre going to spend $3K on a bed. Such a disappointment!
