Dr Ito is awesome. Because of her I can wear contacts and see clearly. She is patient and Javier ROCKS, he is patient, kind and very knowledgeable and great listener. Office staff very friendly and kind and welcoming. Love the ambience and music selections. Very clean and always smells like a spa. Go see her and the rest of her awesome team. You wont regret!

Been going to dr Itos office since I was a teenager and now Im grown up I still come here. Now some of the employees have changed but they are just as nice as the previous ones. Jesse is a very nice guy he did all the testing of my eyes and he makes you feel very comfortable. Then there is another optometrist that works there he took care of my examination as Dr Ito was off Saturday. But he was just as professional and answered all my questions. Next theres Jasmine who helped me pick out the frames for my new glasses she told me that she was new but sweet and she was so patient didnt rush me and she listened to me in picking out the kind of frames I wanted and I got an affordable pair that I was very happy with. And when I needed a few day to pay a small remainder off the remainder of my bill Arvin really helped me out and let me pay it when I come back the following week during my next appointment and that is what you call real customer expert service. Thank you

$400 later and my vision is worse with the contacts. Its supposed to take time so I will come back in two weeks. The cost for the frames and lenses was over 1k so I had to pass for now. Feeling a bit frustrated now, but hopefully time will get me used to the contacts.
