Susan Giosa Acting Studio

I love working with Susan! I started working with her as a beginning actor, and her method is amazing. She really has you tap in to your emotional core and learn how to use your experiences through the work of acting. She is passionate and cares about each, and every one of her students growth. Not only does she have decades of theater and television experience, but her personal ability to read her students and understand went to push them and when to pull back is extremely important for me. Many acting teachers just push and push and dont know what is healthy and what isnt and she really focuses on training actors in a healthy, fun, and challenging way. I recommend her to anyone looking for full, in-depth acting training here in LA. Her class doesnt just apply to acting, it really does apply to life. As a professional dancer, who wasnt booking many jobs, after taking her class, I gained self-confidence and was able to start booking jobs, and just learned a lot about myself through the process. Shes so much more than just an Acting Coach!

Im a professional dancer and have been working with Sue for less than a year and already shes helped me book a national commercial and a Netflix series! I am 100% more grounded and confident when going into any audition or casting thanks to her teaching methods! Would highly encourage giving her class a try!

Sue is incredible! I have been studying with her for almost a year, and am so much more confident now in my acting abilities because of her training techniques. Sue is full of life and passion - she is selfless in her teaching and is committed to get each actor to work authentically. I love that she keeps her classes small and intimate, allowing for each person to have quality training in every session. She covers on camera work, plays, script analysis and offers private coaching for auditions. You can really just tell she loves what she does, which makes working with her a joy. I'm so glad I found her and am excited to continue learning from her in the future.
