Beyond O2 Alkaline Water

I bought the black countertop ceramic water filter in Fall 2020, and back then the sales associate Ali was on the ball and very helpful. Unfortunately Ali has since left, and has been replaced. Now it takes many, many phone calls and emails for me to get the necessary upkeep equipment: water test kit and replacement filters. I only have to deal with them once a year, but I can say with 100% certainty that every year since, I have had to reach out multiple times to get someone to place my order (their site is not set up for orders) and get the correct shipping info. If you live within driving distance, you'll likely be fine. But if you need to rely on them answering your call, and providing a correct tracking number for your shipment, I cannot recommend this place. Had I not spent a bundle of money on the initial purchase (the ceramic container), I would have swapped water filters a long time ago, but feel locked in because of the initial investment. Once a year, that's all I have to deal with them, and every time, it takes at least two weeks for me to get what I started calling for. OMG. It's really pretty unbelievable. I just feel that if you take an order, it's your responsibility to ensure a correct tracking number was provided. And I should not have to call more than twice (at the most!) to get that tracking number. This year, I have emailed them 9 times in two weeks, called at least six times, and texted. Unprofessional, and also just rude.

Ive been coming here for years to refill my glass 5 gallon water containers that I originally purchased here. The water tastes great and is re-mineralized after undergoing the triple reverse osmosis process. The staff working here has always been kind and friendly. I wish them well!

I would like to thank the Beautiful and Enlightened staff for the commitment and dedication. I started with Beyond O2 over 13 years ago. Like LaJoy, I had conducted extensive research into water. I was blown away by Dr. Emoto's books and this was only the beginning! This water has kept me young and vibrant at 69yrs old! Even my K9 is energetic and driven at 9yrs old. PEACE AND BLESSINGS
