For first time home buyers, the overview of the inspection coupled with images and a professional recommendation served us well in making our decision about proceeding with the home. Ron has inspected two homes for us in this process toward home ownership. His inspection style and attention to detail assisted us in avoiding a purchase that may not have been our best option at the time. However, he did inspect the house we hope to soon call our home which confirmed our feelings on the property going into closing.

I found the web site for Hailo after talking to the Geek Squad and being unhappy with the dollar amount they quoted to set up my home theater system. hailo Tech's cost was almost $100 less than Geek.Their service was scheduled right away and the job was done to my satisfaction. Next time I need help I'm calling hailo first.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, Jake is a consummate professional. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. I had several obstacles that Jake had to overcome and he was patient and thorough, making sure everything worked well before he left the appointment. He also made sure I felt comfortable with the technology and the things he showed me.

When they were a available and reachable they were good and patient Since approximately 3 months they no longer are reachable and dont respond or reply to emails or texting I believe this to be het another tech company too early, too fast and too many dreams Gone belly up??
