There may not be a storefront, but that doesn't matter when the man will come to your door. You will get results the same day you call, and get a personal interaction without waiting in line which is more than other computer repair services can say. This is a fair and honest service. I have been using John for years and he has not failed me once. He also always comes exactly on time.

First, I was able to reach him immediately, which is always helpful. He was willing to talk to find out my problem without charging (much appreciated). Set my mind straight whether my problem was a Google or Apple problem. Duh! I then called Apple and got my problem solved. It had to do with Mac Mail. Jon's phone number is going into my speed dial! Thanks.Note: Their website refers to PCs, but they do work on Macs. Not I-Phones, though.

There is no store in Santa Monica. After driving there I find out that the guy wants to advertise in Santa Monica and needs to have an address - so this is a bogus shop.

Jon did an excellent job fixing two problems withour home computers. His service call was prompt, he was personable, and clearly knowledgable. I would highly recommend himfor those needing an expert to fix your computerproblems that you can not solve with on line help.
