The dry cleaning was fine, expensive but fine. I have an issue with the customer service. If you have patrons in line, assist patrons in the order of the line. I was ahead in line when a lady came from behind me and started asking questions. The woman who was checking me out, stop to assist her. Her time isn't more valuable than my time. I felt treated like a second class citizen. I will not return.

Wow. This is how you lose business. And you can tell this place is struggling. I visited, taking a chance, to get a pair of pants altered. The moment I parked, a stringy-haired woman with a southern accent began banging on the window, yelling at me to move my car. She then proceeded to take photos of my car, giving my the middle finger, and calling me all sorts of profanities. I rolled my window down to see what the commotion was about, and when asked if I am a customer, I told her I was, but not now with how she was behaving. She then proceeded to call me scum, a m*ther-f*cker, and all sorts of real disrespectful things - I have the entire thing on video as well. She then asked me for PROOF that I had something to drop off...so I produced the proof she asked for *shrug*. Needless to say, I stopped by to drop off a pair of pants and will never, ever, come to this place again. Matter of fact, I will make sure no one that I know does so they don't have to be treated in this manner

My clothes look brand new after taking them to Victor's. Love this place. Fast and friendly service too.

I brought two pieces in for alterations and made it clear I needed them by Wednesday for a trip.  He agreed to have them ready by Tuesday.  I showed up Tuesday at 6:30pm, and they were closed (hours did not match website).  Showed up next day at 5:55pm (sign on the door said 6pm closing), and they were closed, but were still in the parking lot.  They opened up to retrieve my pieces, and they hadn't even touched them yet (mind you they were due the day before), so they were not ready for my trip.  Just glad it wasn't something like a tux for a wedding.  So in conclusion, if you need anything on any kind of committed timeline, or a cleaner that actually honors their published hours, do not go here.  Just not reliable.
