        Stevi and her team truly outdid themselves by delivering and setting up a stunning Valentine's Day bouquet of balloons at the last minute. Their enthusiasm, exceptional customer service, and seamless delivery process have won me over as a loyal customer for all occasions birthdays, celebrations, and even football parties. I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail in creating an unforgettable, heartfelt experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a touch of love and magic to their special moments!

        I tried to get a job here back in 2022 and as soon as I indicated that I am disabled and would need accommodations, I was ghosted. Thats illegal, by the way. Its hiring discrimination. I tried to file a charge with the EEOC but ended up playing phone tag with them. I suggest getting ballon decor from a company that follows and obeys federal employment laws. UPDATE: Your justification is irrelevant. Refusing to hire someone because they are disabled is illegal and since youve just admitted it, I now have a slam dunk for an employer discrimination suit. Have a nice day.

        Easy and fun to work with and seamless delivery and installation! Cyndy and Kelsey and the whole team are great! Everything looked amazing and was exactly what I wanted - the balloons helped make our son's 1st birthday such a happy place to be.

      Hello,I personally helped every client who came into my store Saturday when you were in. We LOVE our clients and it's a complete JOY to help people celebrate. Without exaggeration, every person who I helped Saturday was grateful and lovely. I can't imagine a job where we get to meet such great people. It literally makes our job not seem like work at all. I did not personally help you-because I do remember you. I remember that every time you come in, you demand a discount or your bouquet for free because you are a repeat customer and you insist on a gift. I am happy to report that MOST of our clients are repeat clients. We are grateful and lucky for them all. It is not that we are "unfriendly" it is because you want what we create to be a gift. You even marched back to where I was working on an event to demand free balloons. We save our gifts for the charities that need and deserve our help--instead of ladies who don't feel like they are getting a good deal until they torture us with changes and remaking their order and then try to bargain like they are in swap meet.Every single time.And then we bring your bouquet out to a uber expensive car.I always feel that if I like or love a business, I want them to stay around. They need to be able to make money to last in a very challenging time. I would never ask for a discount, because if I can't afford it--I don't go shopping there. You should shop somewhere that you love, where you are happyto have them succeed. That is NOT my store.CyndyFounder BC

      Hello Barbie, We know that it's a compliment when someone applies to be a member of the team, so thank you for that.Although this is not the proper arena to complain that you were not hired, I will reply.When you applied I explained that this is an extremely physical job.All of us move helium tanks, install on ladders and go full out on our events. Everyone is surprised by the physicality of the job. It is just a fact of what we do, not personal in any way. We often do 12 hour days of nonstop events. Not every job is perfect for everyone that applies. While we wish you the absolutely perfect job, we also are concerned that 2 years later you continue to post 1 star reviews under different names for a company that you were not a client of.Again, we wish you the perfect job and much happiness.
