Welbrooke is such a warm and welcoming community. I have had the privilege of working closely with Lindsay Nettinga and she is always open to meeting new families and giving them tours of the facility to ensure it is a good fit for their loved ones. This team goes above and beyond for residents and their families and it is evident in the specialized quality of care they provide and the time they devote to great service. Every time I have entered the community, their residents are actively engaged in activity and receiving the 1-1, personalized attention they need. I am proud to work them and recommend them to any family in need.

We toured a number of senior living facilities and Welbrook was clean and welcoming and the residents seemed very engaged. Lindsey Nettinga was incredibly thorough and thoughtful in answering our myriad questions and was a tremendous advocate for both the facility and her residents.

I am the decision maker for my friend Anna. As her health deteriorated and she could no longer care for herself I moved her to another assisted living facility. It was terrible. Anna became very depressed and declined rapidly.
I moved Anna to Welbrook and her whole attitude changed. Her health improved and she went from begging me to let her go home to her previous home to saying she has to go back home to Welbrook at the end of our visits.
She is always happy at Welbrook and the staff is amazing. Everyone cares about the residents. Great staff!! Best decision ever to move Anna!

My mother has been here for several months now and it has been a positive experience all around. She is very happy with the staff, food and activities. We are happy with the care she is getting and the communication between us and her caregivers. This was one of the most difficult decisions to make and the staff truly made the experience so much smoother.
Update: its been nearly two years now and the same experience had held. So grateful for this place and their staff.
