Bernie is amazing. I used her 6 years ago to buy a house and she was so patient and found me the perfect house. 6 years later we needed to sell and after picking an out of area agent and seeing no progress, I called Bernie and she was able to sell it, in a not so great market. She worked until she found me a buyer. Not once did she ever make me feel like it wasnt going to happen. She was my second realtor and she didnt disappoint. She is professional yet warm she is attentive without overwhelming you with the process. I cant say enough kind things about her, if you want a home selling or buying experience that is positive then definitely choose Bernie.

We closed on our dream home in Arroyo Grande on 3/29/22 and Bernie was the best to work with! We had an unusual circumstance with the title come up during escrow and Bernie was very communicative and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She also coordinated and scheduled inspections, fumigation, and cleaners for us so that we were able to focus on moving. If youre looking to buy or sell we highly recommend working with Bernie!
