    Warranty repair of a shower knob, was advised they should replace the whole valve. Plumber arrived and I told him theres a convenient access door behind the shower piping. He opted to ignore that and just replace the knob, and after he was done, the knob kept turning and the temperature changed on its own. Few weeks later, found water damage and mold in the room behind the shower and the leak was from where this plumber did the half a** job. Called another plumber out to fix it. A month before all this had another shower in our house with similar issue and that plumber changed the valve and did it the right way. Id avoid these guys.

    I was charged $2,375.00 for a water heater in my rental and they refused to provide an itemized bill. At the time when they got a verbal approval from my tenant they said that it would probably be less. The most the water heater they installed would be about $900. They were there about five hours. $295 per hour assuming they got they water heater for the most expensive price. GO ELSE WHERE!!!

    I want to thank Jerrys Plumbing for there Professional Service. I live in Northern California and had been trying to get a diagnosis on my moms AC unit in Santa Maria,Ca. From other HVAC companys they where no show after making appointments with them. The tech showed up when promised and called me with diagnosis. I authorized repair was fixed same day. My experience with the personal at Jerrys Plumbing was excellent. Attentive to my requests about The Service and repair. Highly Recommended

    My husband called Friday (3/1/24) and gave our address that we were using a warranty inquiring if we can use the coupons for the water heater replacement. He was told that should be fine. Day of, and I get told no you cant combine the coupon with a home warranty rate, it has to be private as the home warranty already discounts. by the lady answering the phone who is the office manager. No where do I see the coupons or on the non covered cost sheet you cant use it if youre getting the item from your home warranty. Poor business false advertising with their coupons, and Im not the first review to say this so that says something about the scam. Also, they dont provide an itemized bill which they do advertise. Furthermore, on the day of service, I asked the technician about the different payment method options and was told I could write a check. I gave cash because if you look in the non covered cost sheet it states: personal checks will not be accepted. I dont know seems to me that everyone here has different information to verbally tell you so you dont have a paper trail. Per the reply: I asked what the different payment methods were since I was expecting to pay the 290, what was told to my husband the Friday before that we should be able to use the coupon, and he also mentioned debit card which I had agreed to since I knew it stated no personal checks evidently not going to short him. Meanwhile, was able to provide the full amount in cash. You still did not mention the fact that you do not advertise the coupons cant be used, and that most of your business is done verbally if you want clarification about anything.

Thank you so much for letting us know your experience. We have a contract with the warranty company with discounted rates already incorporated. In the past we have had issues collecting non-covered cost payments and cancelled checks. Therefore, we had to amend our policy for payments on non-covered costs. Documentation was provided to you prior to the work being completed with your payment options. You agreed to the terms and we have a signed document. When the plumber was collecting the non-covered costs, you tried to short him $100, same amount as the coupon. He only told you that you could write a check because you indicated you didn't have anymore cash. We try to avoid this scenario with our policy being in place. Thank you for understanding.
