I have been having MAJOR issues with Outlook for the past three days. Since I work from home supporting multiple clients, this is a gigantic problem for me. I am pretty tech savvy and tried literally everything that I could find on the Web to solve the problem. No dice. I was dreading having to work with someone who might be less than experienced, and frankly I was concerned about even getting a real human on the phone, but fear not! Read on for the details of my amazing experience.I called CenCal Tek and got Dave on the phone. I walked him through the problem and the solutions I had tried. He gave me a few additional suggestions (create a new Windows profile for one, then create a new Outlook profile in that Windows profile) and walked me through the first steps. As it turned out, that ultimately helped me to solve the overall problem! All this great service in a less than 15 minute phone call!I have to say I now know where to go and who to call when I run into tech problems from this point forward. Dave was a gem, and seems to really know his stuff - at least he knew his stuff about this problem! In this day & age, it's hard to find a business that provides customer service at a 5+ Star rating, but Dave gets my "gold star" award for sure! Thanks so much for helping me get back to work so quickly. If you need help and you are on the Central Coast of CA, I say give the folks at CenCal Tek a call - you will be a pleasantly surprised as I was!
