The installer was knowledgeable and friendly. He placed the CAT5 in the eaves for concealment. The phone customer service was also excellent.

The installation went well and the transfer of our existing service to Advanced Wireless was smooth! The service works well for us, no burps or dropouts experienced so far.

Going to be as honest as I can with this review. This provider is good but not great. It works with everything like legitimately everything, including video games, movies, etc.. The one thing that Im not happy with at all is the fact that its not exactly reliable. You have no clue how many times Ive had to email a teacher asking for an extension because for some reason its always cutting out. Now, I dont know if its just a regional thing with the local tower, but it is getting extraordinarily annoying. For a good 30mins-1 hour it just cuts like completely goes down and this has been happening for the past months. When you pay for something like this Id rather be paying for something reliable than something that cuts for an hour every other day.
