Let me start by saying, as a small business owner, I have never left a bad review. I have had some bad service, but nothing like this place. We got a call from them about a year ago, saying that we needed a new roof on one of our houses, on our property. My husband explained to them, that 1. that house is unoccupied, and doesnt leak.. 2. Being a small business owner, right now, with all of this craziness the last couple of years with Covid and inflation, we dont have an extra $10,000 laying around. We hadnt heard from them in a while, so I had my husband call them months later, and they said we were no longer insured by them. Our house has been insured by them for 33 years, and we never made one claim. My husband said that we needed to be added again, so what do we need to do, if we cant afford a new roof? They said, we arent taking new clients right now. New client??? After 33 years, we are a new client? I am disgusted by this business, and their non loyalty to their customers.
