        Horrible service, phone is never answered, it like no one is ever there and when the day comes and they do answer Jacob only gives you the run around i asked a simple question that could have been researched and answered immediately but in stead he asked for a week to get back to me a week later still nothing so when I called back still had no response for me. I been with Farmers for 15 years with a different agent that retired never had any issues until i got moved with Jacob.
