Best Western Plus Big America

My stay was pleasant. The rooms could be updated, the breakfast seemed to be running out of items. Jacob the front desk clerk had been helping the breakfast lady, I thought that was very nice. WiFi for work was fast, surprisingly theres always an issue with internet at other locations. At night this best western has someone patrolling the parking lot throughout the night so you dont have to worry about your car getting broken into.

Enjoyed the quick check in! Jacob helped us check in and he made the experience very uplifting and positive! The rooms were very clean! The location is right off of the freeway which was nice. I personally believe the breakfast could be a smidge better but over all I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again! Also thanks again to Jacob for helping us get checked in!!

Jacob at the front desk was very helpful. When I first walked in he had a huge friendly smile. He introduced me to the area and let me know great food spots.

The parking lot, room, bathroom and bed are all quite large and very clean! The staff at the counter are also very kind and friendly, and they also provide breakfast, which is very affordable! Recommended to you who are looking for accommodation nearby

Google brought us to the hotel from the back /side. At first we were a bit worried by the look and location. As we made our way around to the front, we felt much better. The lobby and staff were very inviting. Our room was clean and orderly. The bathroom for room 144 was huge. It even had a makeup vanity. We enjoyed our stay.
