Budget Car Rental

Id give negative stars if possible. Older lady working up front was no help, looked like she was angry cuz she missed an episode of the golden girls. Get with it Budget, hire people who are willing to go out of their way for their customers. Absolute garbage

Really bad attitude!!!!! and customer service coming from the lady that works there. She charged me for 1 hour of rental because I was 29 minutes late, plus one day extra of insurance for the same reason, she told even if I was 15 minutes late she will charge the same. Well I found out that Budget has a 29 minute grace period to returned the rentals, I called Budget customer service and explained the situation, they apologized and reimburse me the extra hour and day of insurance that the lady of the location charged me for. Stay away from this location, that person has a bad attitude and she will charge more.
