I ordered a small amount of material. The wrong size was sent so I contacted customer service. Within minutes the error was corrected and I received the replacement material the next day. They now have a customer for life!

Very quick response, above and beyond reaction and support to my situation. I am not a high volume customer but Online Metals treated me with the same respect and attention as they would one of their larger customers. Before I retired and started consulting I worked in the medical device industry as both an R&D engineer and Manufacturing Engineer.
