I was recommended to come here for mechanic tools. Unfortunately when I got here, I was struck with confusion since there were cubicles and everyone inside of them was on the phone with a customer. I sat in their waiting area for 15 minutes and then decided to leave.
Based off of what I was listening to, the customer service is on point and they are extremely helpful and patient with their customers.
Don't be like me, and call ahead.
