ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Unfortunately the beautiful countertops have been compromised by the job not being done correctly and in one instance, not at all. Do not trust anything that comes out of Ruby's mouth. The job was started two days late, and when they were done installing the countertops and sink, they did not want to put the faucet back in, that's because they broke the faucet and the plumbing underneath and on top of that, the kitchen island was not done properly. This all happened the day before the 4th of July and we had to call a plumber last minute(additional costs). We also had to call someone out to finish the island correctly(more additional costs). AND to make things even worse, we never got our bathroom window finished, or even started; since both guys Ruby hired said they were not going to do the job for the peanuts she was trying to pay them. Now she has the nerve to try and collect the money she says we owe her. No Ruby, that money went towards the additional costs, and the bathroom was never done. See you in court!!!

My husband and I are local residents seeking to get work done on our home. It is too bad Carlos and Ruby does not want to earn our business. We had a deal, agreed on price for work that was supposed to be done on our patio and Ruby promised to call back at all times and never did. I called on several occassions and get the run around all the time. We have waited about 3-4 weeks now to get a call back from them. Full of B.S!!! So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will never recommend my friends, family, and neighbors to a POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE staffed business!!
