It smells horrible and the bathrooms are so dirty. They also take forever taking ur order and delivering it. I waited about 20 minutes just for an ice cream cone. I can't even imagine how long it would take just for a full meal !

Either get more efficient staff or close this place. Its not worth waiting and wasting a little part of my life just to see my 2 drinks sitting on the other side of the counter for 40 minutes while everyone else is waiting or getting theyre stuff in an unorderly fashion. I did note that the managers were as helpful and active throughout the busy morning, but the kid up front on counter with blue eyes(I dont remember his name) looked like he didnt even want to be there and didnt acknowledge or was alive while he was working. Like I said, the managers get all the praise because they know what they are doing but fix your staff. I also realize that the mobile order gets their food faster than the people that arrive and placed an order right there. Hope yall read this.
