We had a very positive experience working with Lighthouse to replace our old sliding glass door. They clearly communicated with us around timelines and materials, which saved us some $$$. Their installers were very professional, and respected our space. The final product looks very nice, and we love our new door.

My experience with Lighthouse Windows was phenomenal!! They were on time, prepared and professional. They estimated two days of work and completed everything within a day and a half. The completed work was far above standard. Everyone who completed the work was professional. At the conclusion of the work, they cleaned up better than when they started.

Installers cracked nearly interior every window frame around the new windows we had installed. Pretty disappointed with the communication quality after my partner followed up multiple times about remedying the situation. On a side note, on the exterior their stucco subcontractor repairs have all cracked within a few weeks of install. Id look elsewhere for quality installers next time.

I live in a condo with a HOA, so there are specific rules for everything. I had wanted new windows for a few years now. I obtained three quotes, and Lighthouse Windows were the best priced. One of the other reasons I went with them was because I had seen them install in other units in the condo complex, so I figured they knew the buildings well. They quoted up to 12 weeks from delivery date to install, and they were able to schedule me in 10 weeks. However, I was able to get scheduled earlier because they had a cancellation, otherwise it probably would have taken the 12 weeks. They replaced four windows and a sliding door. All the staff were friendly and responsive, from the day they went to provide a quote to when the job happened. The company did a great job and finished in 1.5 days; they had said it would take 2 days. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up very well after themselves. Overall, they have great staff and I highly recommend them! Service: Window installation

Hi James,I'm really sorry to hear that you were not happy with the quality of work.When we break stucco on the exterior of a home it can occasionally cause small cracks on the interior drywall that don't always surface right away. We have since spoken with the homeowner (assuming that's your partner) and have had all the cracks on the interior repaired. We were told in a follow up email from the homeowner that she was very happy with the outcome and there was never any mention of the exterior stucco cracking. If that is the case, we would be happy to send our stucco contractor back out to address the issue. We've been in business over 30 years and take great pride in our workmanship so please let us know how we can best help rectify the situation. Thank you,
