Everyone from the receptionist who made our appointment was very kind and very professional. Especially during this pandemic, I had trust in the staff to treat my dog like I do! They are very special!

I have been bringing my pittie-greyhound mix to the Animal Hospital of Soquel for almost eight years now, and he loves going there. When we pull into the driveway, he calls out in his happy half-bark, half-howl way just like when he sees an old friend. When we get out of the car, he pulls on his leash because he cant wait to go inside! How many dogs do that? He loves the boarding staff and the reception staff, and he receives wonderful care and attention. My only issues are how much the prices have increased in the past eight years, and the veterinary staff turnover. We really liked Dr. Sullenberger, but then she left, and then we saw Dr. Blom for a couple years before she left. We saw Dr. Barton several times with mixed results, including a misdiagnosis that made us end up in the Pacific and Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital emergency room in the middle of the night, where they took care of a severe infection on my dog's throat that Dr. Barton incorrectly diagnosed as a lymphoma. The staff at Animal Hospital of Soquel was always great, but if I ever return, I will ask to see a different vet.

Everyone is super friendly, the place is clean and veterinarians have been great with my 3 pups.
