      image Jim was a referral from another professional.  I called in twice over a two week period and explained my entire situation to the secretary. My accountant of many years retired so I was looking for a new one. On my second call I politely asked for a reply of yes or no as a new client and was promised a response within a day which did not happen. Left not sure what to think but I want a new accountant that is responsive.
