I was not able to be personally involved, but Celeste and her team handled all of the necessary tasks, such as recommending/hiring gardeners, painters and stagers, staying in constant contact the entire time. We rented a home in Santa Cruz with Schooner as the owner's property manager. They were phenomenal to work with - prompt responses to any issues that arose, communicative with any scheduled maintenance or work, and smooth with the move in/out process. Highly recommend them and if we ever owned a property in Santa Cruz, would be an easy choice for our property manager.
