Our family had the privilege of working with Paul Locatelli to sell our families Aptos estate. Our sale was somewhat complicated due to the sale being caught up in a family trust account. Paul was always available for our questions, walked us through with kindness, understanding and care. Paul helped us know our rights as the sellers and Paul was well connected helping us get the home looking its best without too much fuss or expense. If you are looking for an agent who truly *cares* about you, choose Paul. My daughter lost everything in the CZU Complex fires in August 2020 and along with everyone else, was seeking a new place to live. Paul located the perfect spot and and went the extra mile to negotiate just the right deal. He even offered to assist by donating and delivering furniture and other items to help her recover from the total loss. I have also worked with Paul in his capacity as a real estate agent and can honestly say he's top notch. If you want honesty, integrity and transparency - look no further.

Paul was great from the first conversation about selling my home to days after it sold! I had never sold a home before, let alone one that had over 30 years of memories!  Paul was understanding, gentle and supportive. Personable, knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions or concerns, he inspired confidence in me from the start and clearly had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
