Melissa has forever changed my life, when I first came to her I was experiencing gut issues and inflammation. My body was in a reactive state and I couldn't loose weight. Everyone I worked with told me to try gluten free without a full understanding of what foods create reactions in my body. Using MRT Leap was like a map of what works and doesn't work for me. Working with Melissa has truly enriched my life and shown me how far I can go. When I first came to her I was at my heaviest weight and although I knew I needed to make a change, I was lost as to where to begin. She helped me create a realistic plan to eat better and incorporate exercise everyday. Her weekly and monthly check-ins helped motivate me and keep me on track. Now at six months later, I have lost an incredible amount of weight and gained so much more confidence in myself! My husband has also lost a lot of weight!
