Just completed a refinance with Seabright Mortgage handled by Brent Edwards.  Process was extremely simple and painless. I thought it to be handled both efficiently and most professionally.  Seabright Mortgage has proven to have my best interests at stake over the years.  They are honest, hard-working, skilled, knowledgeable, prompt and keep me informed during the entire process while educating me on all the multitude of documents required by law.  They have it all including a very positive social involvement/contribution within the community. They, and Brent, have been a great find for me.  Give them a try....you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I worked with Joe at Seabright Mortgage and he was unbelievable!! From the moment we sat with him in our first meeting, we were impressed with his knowledge and felt that we could trust him. As first time buyers, he went through every step slowly, and thoroughly and answered all of our questions. We definitely weren't an easy client to get a loan for as my wife had only been working at her company for under a year, and I have a variable-gig based income. He went to bat for us with the underwriter and checked in along the way to let us know how the process was going.  He would creatively come up with solutions that helped us get approved for the highest amount of money while being compliant with Fannie/Freddie.  He seemed to always be ahead of the curve. We never experienced or felt rushed to get him information. He would give us a list of things to get well before they were due and we would get them to him and he would just work his magic.  Very responsive by phone or text if we needed anything or had any questions. We could not be any happier with the service we got from Joe at Seabright Mortgage!

Tom Powers is a huge asset to anyone who is lucky enough to work with him.  Tom is clear, honest, helpful and very savvy.  Were that there were more stars...this guy is a gem.

I highly recommend Brent Edwards at Seabright Mortgage. He proactively contacted us knowing our adjustable rate loan would soon go up. He guided us professionally and patiently thru the process and we ended up saving a lot of money.
