She is a superb project manager and kept her team of specialists on track and on time. Dave's charismatic and calm personality makes him a perfect negotiator and he has a way of smoothing out difficult obstacles that is uncanny. Dave and Doreen were absolutely the best! Professional and personal they shepherded us through the process of preparing and selling our house and left us feeling supported every step of the way. We never felt like we were their next paycheck as you can with some agents. They answered any questions we had, were always on time and advised us all along the way. They had fabulous people working to stage and help with prepping the house. Their "fixer" not only made everything look and feel new, she introduced us to materials for cleaning we still use. Honestly, when they were done we wondered if we should stay! We have recommended Dave and Doreen to a couple of other friends and offer them our highest personal recommendation. If you need a realtor who knows what it means to take care of a client, you won't find better than them.

Dave and Dorene Dawson are experienced and knowledgeable about every aspect of the Santa Cruz real estate scene. In my case, I needed a ton of support to get my unit ready to sell, and in the process, I discovered that I didn't want to sell yet after all. Despite this, they (especially Dorene) were kindly there with me every step of the way with local references to get my unit inhabitable again! I will absolutely turn to them again when it is time for me to sell.
