Silver Spur

Whenever we are in the area, we try to stop at the Silver Spur. It is one of our all-time favorite breakfast spots. This time, I had my kids and grandkids (7 of us), and we were seated and served quickly, even though they were really busy. Everyone enjoyed their meal, whether French toast, a scramble, or eggs benedict. I suggest the home fries, which are the best you will find.

New to the area, but this feels like a gem probably only people in the area know about and it is has plenty of patrons! Get there early. Food is great and the staff is excellent. It has very wonderful cozy diner vibes.

First visit to this local eatery and it was an incredible surprise. We waited about 15 minutes to get in--NBD for this area. Food was outstanding! Eggs benedict was awesome. House made corned beef hazh special was spectacular. Pancakes were light and fluffy and we enjoyed real maple syrup on the side. It was so busy that service and food took awhile but it was completely worth it. Prices were super reasonable--$100 (including tip) for four adults. We will be back!
