I want to encourage anyone considering craniosacral therapy to make an appointment with Joy. Ive worked with her for four months or so now and plan on continuing. The relief Ive experienced both physically and emotionally for a lifelong struggle with anxiety has been transformative. For me it was the missing piece.

I needed a massage, for many reasons. Joy was able to figure out exactly what I needed on each of my last visits. She is strong and gentle. She knows her stuff! I always leave there feeling better than when I arrived.

I started seeing joy for craniosacral work for long term migraines/shoulder tension/ tmj. Ive tried a lot of different modalities but highly recommend this for chronic pain. Joy is super in tune with the body finding points to move that I dont mention specifically. My faaaaavorite is that she does intra oral massage for my jaw pain which is rare to find especially in Santa Cruz. Highly recommend joy!

I can't recommend Joy enough. I always feel much better after a visit. Someone recommended craniosacral therapy, it has helped me with anxiety and joint pain. Sometimes the joint pain resolves with a single session. Joy is a wonderful practitioner, she asks questions, adjusts to requests and makes one feel comfortable in her space. All her policies and ways to book are in her website and that makes setting up an appointment easy. Every time I go I leave feeling calmer and with less tension in my body.
