Massage from Yvonne has been very helpful with increasing my comfort, range of motion and sustained relief from repetitive motion injuries. She has a good understanding of the where to work on the body coupled with an intuitive knowledge of intensity and pressure. I would highly recommend her as a massage therapist.

Yvonne is amazing! I have been getting massages for over twenty years, trying out different locations and massage therapists and could not find the right person. The experiences left me feeling alright at best. I learned about Yvonne through Dr. Peg. I have been getting massages from Yvonne for almost two years. I go every month consistently and it is the one self-care practices that I look forward to because they are healing and restorative. Yvonne, is kind, very attuned with what I need and at times, there's deep tissue work, sacral work, and different parts of my body may need more attention than I shared or was even aware of. That is how exceptional Yvonne is. I have learned so much about my body and she has helped me bridge the disconnect from my body to what I feel and over time I am undoing old patterns that have been harmful to my body and out of touch. Every session, I learn something new or receive affirmation that helps me be my full authentic self. If you haven't found the right massage therapist, Yvonne just might be the right one for you!
