FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT WORK WITH DORA SANDOVAL. NOT ONLY DOES SHE NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS OR KEEP A PROFFESIONAL ATTITUDE. BUT She is more concerned about getting a commission then fully explaining the policy procedures to her clients. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Honestly don't even have time to write this review. But not a single person has been helpful. Not even Robert Varich the owner. Instead I've been met with rude staff who have no intentions of setting clear expectations for there clients.

Sabrina from allstate helped me with my new policy and she was amazing very informative very friendly and answerd all my questions. She truly cared about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I have all the information I needed. Thank you again Sabrina:)

They do not go to bat for you. Paid a claim for a car with rust spots where he said I hit him. Impossible. Raised my rates $60. Now Cruz car wash on 41st sprayed degreaser on my inside dials. Has to replace. Paid my deductible $250. Allstate is doing nothing but calling and sending letters. Go to the place of business. I'm canceling this month

I have been a customer of Allstate for less than six months. My experience so far has been very positive and satisfactory. I have worked with Sabrina who fielded my first call after which I decided to switch from my current provider to Allstate. I also added an umbrella policy. A few months later, Sabrina helped me get a renters insurance for my daughters appt. It has been a pleasure working with the local office.
