I know everyone likes to throw around the term above and beyond but we have never seen customer service like our experience with Aaron. We met with Aaron to update our policies and make some changes to better fit the needs of our family. Shortly after that one of our daughters, away at college for the first time, was in a sticky situation with a car breakdown. He took our call after hours, helped her navigate the situation, and made sure that she was safe. We are so grateful for Aaron and the whole OBrien team!
