        Not a great experience. They charge $10 extra for parking. The view of the room was all blocked even though I had selected a room with a forest view and they refused to change it. Even with my Hilton gold membership, they refused to change it. The staff was rather rude. There was no breakfast included and the buffet was very mid. Definitely not worth the $24 they scalp for it. They couldnt even provide an electric kettle when I asked them for it

        No longer bedroom cleaning daily neither weekly. Never changed my towels neither took out the trash. Charges for parking but non available, app does not work to open doors, you need to restart it every time, awful taste of the buffet, undercooked and cold food, no longer giving juices etcs, bad cooking, etc. this place its starting to go downhill. Staff is the most entitled people you will interact with
