hotel won't refund a double charge. a room was paid for by someone else online but staff failed to communicate or even acknowledged. ended up being charged at the counter and Sam refuse to refund either payment marking the online payment as a "no-show". pretty outrageous I think. Apr 2nd, 2024

My family stayed at the Hotel Solares this weekend. I thought it was a really nice and fun hotel to stay in. The rooms were comfortable and clean! We rented two rooms that were adjoining which was great for our group. The service was excellent. The location was excellent, very close and an easy walk to the boardwalk, but not too close to be noisy. The outside of the hotel has a great pool and hot tub.
