        Only complaint was the noise from the freeway as our room faced it. But other than that service great, employees happy and helpful. Breakfast was a nice job too. Nearby activities: Beach boardwalk uc santa cruz, lots to do.

        Just checked out today front desk person was extremely helpful and great customer service but we left a pizza outside on top of a table in the room and we found ants all over the place I expect a bit more from Hilton

        Genuine accommodating staff, unless you see Veronica. , My husband was told they had no ADA rooms available until I rolled up by myself in my chair. Another employee tried to say it must have been a misunderstanding. Read the laws and don't treat people differently because of how they sound, look like, or where they are from. Shame on you all!
