Being part of the Breema retreat at the Santa Cruz Hummingbird location was wonderful this past weekend. Spending multiple days with the practitioners allowed me to not only learn in a safe and loving environment but to experience the Breema principal of Full Participation. The atmosphere of being in a magnificent nature setting (flowers and trees in full bloom, birds chirping) added to the already wonderful Breema sessions. Much gratitude to everyone who was there with me.

The Hummingbird accommodations are simply superb. We actually saw hummingbirds, swallows and other birds enjoying themselves. We stayed in a beautiful cottage on the property. It was super clean and spacious. The floor plan is open, with comfortable sofas and a lovely dining area with a wooden table. Theres a spacious well-supplied kitchen with plenty of counter space. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and the room has great natural lighting. The location is serene - a perfect location for meditation and rejuvenation. It is set back away from traffic and allows for quiet nights. There is so much to see on a walk up the hill to the sanctuary. I can imagine having a wedding here and the outdoor landscaping is immaculate. Theres bocce ball and grassy areas throughout for lounging. It is simple amazing! I would definitely give The Hummingbird 5 stars

I have been seeing Dr. Alexandra Johnson for over three years now and can't say enough amazing things about her! She has helped me become aware of how my body, emotions, and health are related -- not in a superficial way, but a deep way that has benefited my health tremendously. Today I am moved to write a review because I was diagnosed with Long Covid and had severe fatigue and a slew of other issues.Alexandra was the ONLY person out of many medical professionals who was able to help me. Alexandra combined her western medical training, integrative medicine, and Breema to develop a course of treatments specific to my symptoms--anit-virals, vitamins, a cleanse, and herbal treatements along with regular Breema sessions. I now have no fatigue and my other symptoms are gone. Additionally, I just participated in one of several Breema retreats that Greeting Health and the Breema Center offers. I highly recommend those offerings too!
