Okay so after paying another contractor to come out see why there was a very loud unusual noise from our garage door mechanism, he spent 90 whole seconds to check it, tell me we had no problem and then charged me 80 bucks and left. A week later when my garage door completely stopped working, we tried repeatedly to reach out to that contractor to no avail. That was last Thursday still no response from him. Today is Tuesday and Luis really made it all up to us! He came out right away and diagnosed and completely restored our system with 2 year warranty for any future calls! He demonstrated that all our garage door and openers worked well and made sure all our needs were met! Luis was easy to talk to and presented a positive, caring and professional presence throughout. As a busy Registered Nurse I also appreciate that Luis took care of this completely and professionally so that I did not have to miss work today!
