Nanda on Pacific

For the price you pay here the management is absolutely trash . From Listening to your upstairs neighbor walk around and rattle your apartment. I live in the gym floor so at all times of day including 3am I listen to people drop weights non stop. My car got broken into inside the locked garage here and they didnt even file a police report or turn over video after she told me she watched a man break into my car in video. After living on Nanda on Pacific for nine months, my feelings are mixed. On the one hand, the apartment is beautiful and in a great location. However, weve had many hurdles with management. Most recently, being stuck in one the elevators for over two hours. The management was not very receptive to my inconveniences which is frustrating considering the hefty expenses of living at this complex. Be prepared to hand over an arm and a leg before you move in to this place.

This is a 5-star review purely based on the management team's quality of correspondence and willingness to help me find a new place to call home. From the first phone call I made and throughout the entire process, Suzy was amazing in connecting with me on a personal level and in explaining everything so thoroughly. She was very prompt in her responses and always attentive to my needs. She and Armando are both very helpful and dedicated to creating a very honest, personable experience for its applicants and residents. Highly recommend if you want a top-notch management team who you can also call your friends!

I do not recommend signing with Nanda as their website is deceiving and laggy. I filled out the application form on their website, and everything was going smoothly, until the payment section. You have to pay a $39 non-refundable application fee, and a $600 holding fee for the apartment, that if you get accepted gets added to your deposit. When I tried paying, their site said that my payment was unsuccessful, and sure enough I open my bank account, and see that $639 was charged on my card! I tried logging back in with my account that I created to lease with them, and they disabled it! I tried emailing and calling , they would not answer! Save your money, find some place else, and don't be scammed.
