Giving 5 stars for the property manager, Ella. I lived here for about 4 years and had two other property managers. She was the best. She strives to make the apartment a better and safer place. She is always responsive to emails and has a friendly demeanor whenever you stopped by her office. Also, if you have an issue with something she takes it seriously and follows up. Ella is the big reason for the 5 stars!

Just wanted to say Thank You to Ella Capangpangan. She is the Breakers apartment manager/administrator. Ella have helped us a lot during the rental application process. She guide us and made it easier for us to understand the rental application requirement process. We are a first time parent for having a son/student renting an apartment. First time we saw the Breakers apartment, my son and I already loved the unit. The location is safe and it is close to the bus station, store, clinic, downtown etc. So far my sons unit does not have any issue, but if he needed any help or information, Ella was always there to help him. Thank you Ella!

Absolutely cute neighborhood! Lived here for one year had great experience. Ella helps arrange checks for the unit condition and offers service to clean the backyard, etc without needing to ask for it. Ella is such a nice person always carrying a positive attitude and trying to help with any problems I had! Have ran into a couple problems but they got it resolved so quickly, it was awesome!

Ive been at the Breakers for 3 months. I like that it is quite and in a central location. Two gyms are near by and the bus stop is also nearby. It feels safe and Ella Capangpanan, Manager Community Director is supportive, helpful and effective. Mike, who is on site, repairs and manages the sitekeeps the environment clean and cared for. They are a great team to have around. People who live their are friendly and nice. The apartment itself is just right, bigger than other places i looked at.The third story has a great view. I am very happy there!

I absolutely loved living here! Its been a year living here on the third floor where I honestly loved watching the sunsets from. The on-site laundry was so convinient for me and if there was any issue Ella was very understanding and would resolve any issue quickly. Ella really cares for her renters and puts all her effort to provide good services. She was able to communicate and always has a positive attitude. She is genuinely a nice and sweet person who is always there to help. I especially enjoyed the dog park. My partner would be in town with her puppy and she absolutely enjoyed talking walks there. Overall, its a well maintained community that welcomes you with open arms. Thank you to Ella, it's been a pleasure to live here.
