Charmian is a really, really talented acupuncturist. In fact, I shopped around Santa Cruz for the best acupuncturist I could find and she was it! She puts so much care and attention into each session and it never feels rushed. Her sessions are always effective. My body always feels completely different after each session, like a weight has been lifted and I am my whole self again. Charmian is a true healer and I am so so glad I found her. I hope others can take the time to see her and better their health, as well!

I contacted Charmian for massage because I was having terrible neck pain for a while and nothing I was doing was helping. Charmian gave me a fabulous massage and afterwards I was able to actually turn my neck! Not only that, she gave me suggestions for different yoga postures and ways to hold my posture that would help my neck not become so tense in the future. She seems to care deeply for others health and I will definitely be contacting her again for massage. Her massage was not only therapeutic but also very relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend her!!

Charmian is a gem! I wish every acupuncturist could do what Charmian does: she does awesome hands-on bodywork, and then she adds the acupuncture needles, and then she stays with you throughout the treatment and continues to give you awesome hands on massage while the needles are doing their healing work. I felt so comforted and supported by Charmian and her treatment, and the benefits stayed with me for many days. I highly recommend her!

I have been suffering from a frozen shoulder and have gone to several acupuncturists plus doing physical therapy with no improvements.  Finally, after a few sessions with Charmian, I am feeling some relief from my pain and am able to have improved range of motion.Charmian is incredible!  Her treatments are soothing and effective. I am always looking forward to my next session with Charmian!
