If I could give negative stars, I would. This is a long one so if you're not invested in reading the gist of it: DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! We had a flood, AAA had these guys come out and try to take over from a different moving company... that part was fine. They took it all. After that, we needed all the house appliances taken and stored. They took it all and STORED EVERYTHING OUTSIDE. Our Thermador Professional Range has rust under each burner from the morning dew of being outside. Our Oven doesn't even work. Our all white whirlpool professional washer dryer, dead on arrival. And NOT ONLY THAT! ITS NO LONGER WHITE! ITS DISCOLORED NOW TO YELLOW From being in the sun outside! It also came with dried leaves inside the washing machine. They stored our Sub Zero with the doors closed and unplugged. When they brought it back it was full of BLACK MOLD! you couldn't walk passed it without getting hit in the face with the stench of mold. It was making the whole house smell. Our dishwasher looked like someone took a hammer to it. The boxes they bought back, full of dust. Boxes not properly intact as if it was wet and then dried out. Many items went missing! How does a company LOSE a COUCH? One box had rat poop in it! We have a ton of priceless pieces missing. Fine China damaged and artwork damaged. We moved in 6 months ago and they still haven't provided a proper solution. They keep trying to push it to our insurance company. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Stay away by any means necessary!

1-800-Packouts took care of my elderly mother's entire downstairs pack-up during a major water leak restoration project. They were very efficient, thoughtful and delicate with all my Mom's things. They got her packed then unpacked (including her piano!) extremely quickly. We were both very impressed! I highly recommend 1-800-Packouts for any of your moving and storing needs!

You hope these services arent needed, when they are its wonderful to have a company show up like 1-800 pack outs did for me. They are true professionals, and communicated. They actually communicated! Showed up when they said, and handled everything from start to finish with pure professional curtesy. I couldnt have asked for more in this process, and I did call and ask for things. Every time I did I was met wity a pleasant tone and friendly answer.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I have to. When everything seems to be falling apart, its refreshing to have your needs exceeded by a company that gets it. The whole team, but Evan especially was wonderful. Great communication, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I hope I dont need to use them ever again but if I do, I know I will be taken care of.
