10+ Amazing service, friendly and knowledgeable personnel, CLEAN facility, loved the place!!! When a facility and its personnel are the BEST, it's difficult to improve it. Great job Exer!

Worst.worst. unfriendly and unhelpful. 2 and a half hours waiting. My daughter is crying. No one cares. It's disgusting.

Still waiting to be called after one hour and 40 minutes. My daughtet has ear pain and had 6 people ahead of us. Seemed to go pretty decently and then stalled. Not really enough staff to help. If you are running an urgent care during flu season you need to be staffed properly. After counting 6 people being called I figured we were next. After a whilr I asked and apprently 2 more people wefe ahead. Not sure how that worked but ok. Then they said it would be another hour. Unbelievanble. And one of the assistants was leaving for lunch. I have come to this location quite a few times since it opened and it has progressively gitten worse. Less staff, longer wait time, more hoops to jump through upon check in. Many patients complaining at the moment. This is not ok when babies and kids and seniors are sick. Unacceptable. Fix this.

The staff was friendly, facility is clean and spacious but speaking from a pediatric experience - they can't treat what they don't know so got told to take my child to the ER after going thru all the wait time at urgent care. Also thought I'd see an actual doctor but was a PA. The doctor at the ER and nurses said they basically lied to me saying my child had high white blood count and could become septic making us go thru all the emotions while it was in the normal range all along and that they just didn't know what they were looking at and seemed they didn't want to admit that.
