I can say, without a doubt, that I tried to give this group a fair shot at providing a service for me. Scheduled an appointment via waitlist since the first week of March that was not fulfilled; there was no communication informing me that this waitlist appointment could not be fulfilled, nor status update, nor a greeting other than the email received once booking the appointment. I tried a second time to book an appointment via a scheduled time from the virtual calendar, taking time out of my day to do a 'remote consultation.' After 8 minutes of waiting, I received a call, which I refused to answer. Appointments are meant to be kept and you, as a business, have to be on time.

I really despise tax accountants who give you a balloon size quote with little to no information! e.g. I spoke to one accountant who said he charges $450 to prepare taxes for a single filer, 1 w-2, no dependants??? It sounds to me that most of them are not even trying to acquire new business! They need to stop being greedy and show you courtesy and professionalism that brings you back as a repeat customer! DON'T RIP PEOPLE OFF FROM THE GET GO! I have been filing the same type of return for a number of years!!

I found LNK while looking for a new accountant and it just felt like the right decision. No B.S., reasonably priced, and the zoom review was a nice added touch. David was awesome and helped more than most have helped in years!

We highly recommend David Lutz at LNK Tax Group. He's calm, professional, and extremely thorough. Communication is great and submitting documents through the LNK portal could not be easier.
