I have been left owing HUNDREDS to the state of California due to a mistake by RJ KELLY, the owner of this business. This is not an accusation, but rather, a mistake he already admitted making. After promising that he would take care of me if I got a bill, he decided to go back on that promise, and despite giving him documented proof I owed money based on his mistake, he refused to even address it. He turned around, and attempted to blame me for his mistakes, but he obviously prepared the taxes... and went completely against what I submitted to him IN WRITING. In addition, he has (at the time of writing this letter) held on to my ORIGINAL paperwork since I gave it to him in April of this year. I have asked for it to be returned over the telephone and now in writing, and although he simply says I "will get it", as of the beginning of October 2018, I have yet to get it nor has he even addressed that he will send it. He just says IF he does have them (which he does), he will return them. He just won't say when. It pains me to write this, because I really LIKED RJ in the beginning. Sadly, his recent emails responding to me expressing my frustration (but doing so respectfully) shows how unprofessional, immature and absolutely unorganized this business is. I really must have misjudged character on my initial thoughts about RJ and his business. Take it from me. I have lost HUNDREDS already and now have to pay someone else to fix other mistakes (he now admitted he also made when someone else caught them). If you value your money and your good standing with paying taxes -- run away from this business. I am your prime example it is not worth it. Pay attention to all the negative reviews online about this business. DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM.

Kept pronouncing my wife's name wrong even though we had repeated it over and over again to the point where it wasn't professional. Lazy attempt to even try. The crazy thing it isn't a hard name to pronounce. Then instead of apologizng he laugh it off. No it was funny and you came off as a jerk. They input wrong address even when we corrected them and it was on our w2 and w9. Never had access to our digital file aine they provided the wrong pin and they couldn't just send another pin to retrieve it forcing us to drive their to pick up a hard copy. Would not recommend even to our enemies. Advice: be professional amd learn your clients' names. Read the addresses on all w2 and w9 and confirm the address. Don't keep thinking it is funny to butcher a name.
